Retail Makeover
Treat your retail business to a makeover.
I’ll work closely with you and your associates throughout.
We start with a customized store safari, where we:
- • define and prioritize your needs and wishes,
- • journey through your store to see why shoppers engage or not with your vision, and why they buy, or not,
- • connect on initial ways we can makeover the store or other messaging,
- • understand current obstacles to getting things done, and who we want to work with, and why.
In the middle phase, I reach out to three groups:
- • shoppers,
- • sales associates,
- • other stakeholders.
I interview them, asking for their advice on what they want to happen with the store. The focus is on what excites, frustrates or confuses them. I also observe what they actually do.
This is how we learn the themes of what customers, associates and stakeholders want, and how to get it.
Working with you and your associates, I help start teams which put advice into action, starting with few or no resources and small, quick actions with immediate measurable sales results. I keep asking the three groups for their advice.
Teams’ resources, actions and results grow and grow until we have reached and exceeded your initial ambitious goal.
By the end, you and your associates own what has been done, why, and how to do it moving forward.
Cost: the customized store safari costs $450, and is satisfaction guaranteed. Literally, you decide whether it’s been worth the money and, if not, I pay you back the full $450 deposit.
Upon choosing whether to continue with the makeover, prices range within five figures depending on the project, payable one-third up front, one-third upon completion of a pre-agreed halfway point, and one-third upon completion.
