“I help figure out what customers want. To make a change,
employees work together in new ways to get what they themselves want.” -Alex Linsker

“Make Your Own” game rules summarized

Here’s the short version of the “Make Your Own” game rules (posted below).

Basic team play:

Teams form. Players make what they care about in teams (games, art, celebrations, work, adventures, etc). Players can be on multiple teams.

When something needs to be decided as a rule, every player can write the rule and also has a vote. Rules might be about how to raise money, communicate within the team, share responsibilities, etc. Every team elects a captain. Any conflicts between players are judged by the team. Captains and any delegates have term limits. Teams can make their own currency which is legally real money.

Advanced representative play:

To make decisions together, teams elect representatives. Teams can also split into multiple teams or form partnerships.
